The third airport is the Trapani-Birgi (or 'Vincenzo Florio') Airport but it is for domestic flights only. This airport is located in the western tip of the island, between Trapani and Marsala, just in front of the beautiful Egadi Islands. The airport, located at Birgi, is about 120 km from Palermo.
